Organization

Network Coordination

The coordination of the Network is ensured by Geoffroy Guillemot (Sorbonne University; France), Clément Falaise (University of Versailles, France), R. John Errington (Newcastle University; UK), Carsten Streb (Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany) and Carles Bo (Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia; Spain)

Additional partners and complementarity of the research teams.

The composition of the consortium is motivated by the search for the best possible complementarity between well-established teams in order to work efficiently on the research themes described in the part 3.2. The POM community is not limited to the research teams of the four countries involved in the coordination of the next IRN-POM program. Established and emerging research groups from Italy, Israel, Belgium, Portugal, and Austria will also participate to the actions organized by IRN-POM. The expertise of the next IRN-POM will cover i) the preparation of all class of POMs, ii) the investigation of their properties using various methodologies (X-ray diffraction, advanced NMR, Cryo-TEM, ESI-mass, electrochemistry, light scattering, or photophysical techniques), iii) the use of POMs in field of applications (catalysis, medicine, energy-storage, quantum technologies).
